Snowpocalypse Pt. 2 — Welcome to North GA!

Standard

Well, it doesn’t look like I’ll be going anywhere today. Here is what I woke up to at 5:45 this morning, and it’s showing no signs of slowing down (it’s actually coming down harder now!)

Now, I’m not exactly thrilled about this, but going to make the best of it. Thankful to have food in the kitchen and a warm home.67870_10102045355063977_357742379_n

  1. Chicago here, but after living in Las Vegas the last five years, my Chicago heritage has vanished, and I can’t STAND these freezing temps!!! EESH! I know it can be rough on states not used to winter weather – Vegas shut down the whole airport once for less than an inch of snow!! They just don’t have the equipment to deal with it! #SITSblogging

  2. I live in NH so snow is the norm in winter. I still hate it and can’t wait to be away from it!! I’ve been following along with my friend in Atlanta and I know how dangerous it can be for ya’ll! Be safe! #SITSblogging

  3. I absolutely hate being trapped in my house and usually refuse to let anything stop me from getting. The exception is ice. When I was pregnant with my first child we had similar conditions and it took me three falls to realize that ice is not something we can just ignore. Better safe than sorry. Hope you have good movies or a good book.
